Summing up Week Five

This is an excellent lesson because it reminds me of how much of how even though I don't deserve God's grace, he loves me enough to freely give me this gift.

In the words of J.I  Packer-"This one word 'grace' contains within itself the whole of New Testament theology."

If we tried to do everything by ourselves and without God, our sins will be too hard for us.  However, with God's grace it will be enough to resist temptation and overcome sin.  With God's grace our sins will not rule us and we will not be ruined by it.

Even though we all have bad days, they are never so bad that you are beyond God's grace.  When you have good days, they are never so good that you do not think that you will never need His grace.
