Week Six Holiness Memory Verses

Hebrews 12:14  Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord.

Ephesians 1:3-4

3.  Blessed be the God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.

4.  Just as he chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love.

Ephesians 5:25-27

25.  Husbands, love your lives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself to her,
26.  that he might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word
27. that he might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish.

1 Peter 1:13-17

13.  Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
14.  as obedient children, not conforming yourselves to the former lusts, as in your ignorance;
15.  but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in sll your conduct,
16.  because it is written "Be holy, for I am holy."
17.  And if you call upon the Father who without partiality judges according to each one's work, conduct yourselves throughout the time of your stay here in fear.

1 Peter 2:9-12

9.  But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;
10.  who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.
11.  Beloved, I beg you as sojourners and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts which war against the soul,
12. having your conduct honorable among the Gentiles, that when they speak against you as evil doers, they may, by your good works which they observe, glorify God in the day of visitation.
