Week Five Grace Memory Verses
John 1:14-18
14. And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. And we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
14. John bore witness of Him and cried out, saying, "This was He of whom I said, 'He who comes after me is preferred before me, for He was before me.'"
16. And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace.
17. For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth come through Jesus Christ.
18. No one has seen God at ant time. The only begtton son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.
Hebrews 4:16 Let us then with confidence drawer near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
Romans 5:12-17
12. Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all man, because all sinned-
13. (For until the law sin was in the world, but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
14. Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those who had not sinned according to the likeness of the transgression of Adam, who is a type of Him who was to come.
15. But the free gift is not like the offense. For if by one man's offense many dies, much more the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the One Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many.
16. And the gift is not like that which came through the one who sinned. For the judgment which came from one offense resulted in condemnation, but the free gift which came from many offenses resulted in justification.
17. For if by the one man's offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ)
Titus 2:11-14
11. For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men,
12. teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age,
13. looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our Great God and Savior Jesus Christ,
14. who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify us for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.
