Summing Up Week Three

This week has opened up my eyes.  Looking in the mirror I should be ashamed at what I see but also be thankful for this revelation.

I am a sinner.  I am self-deceived.  I do not see myself accurately.  I am in desperate need of fellow Christians who will tell me the truth.  I need to be the knid of person who acknowledges the truth about myself.

Honesty breeds honesty.  When someone gets honest with brothers and sisters in Christ and is loved and supported, then others will also begin to lose their fear of being honest.  Walking in the light restores and preserves unity in the church.
